Equipped with: 3 mm PVC Pneumatic guillotine for coil cutoff, automatic feed magazine, coil stock feeds automatically with guillotine cutoff, all strip stock is fed automatically through strip feed magazine.

2-Roller pressure section w/electronically controlled and feed speed synchronized drive roll.

Workstations: Double motor end trim (0.3 HP - 9,000 RPM HIGH FREQUENCY motors), chamfers 0° - 15°.

"1942-M" Top & bottom flush, fine & radius trim (0.9 HP - 18,000 RPM HIGH FREQ. motors), bevels from 0° - 15°, for simultaneous bevel & profile trimming, up to 3 mm radius.

Last Station: Top & bottom cloth wheel buffing unit, tilts 0° - 5°.

Feed speed  36 FPM / 1 HP feed drive. - Complete with: Sound enclosure w/window, 300 Cy frequency converter & used tooling on the machine.
