Heeseman MFA 6 Impression Wide Belt Sander Q/L/L

• 1st Head - Cross Belt, 2 - Speed, CSD segmented Head
• 2nd Head - Longitudinal Wide Belt, 2 - Speed, CSD segmented Head
• 3rd Head - Longitudinal Wide Belt, Infinitely Variable 0-100% Speed, CSD segmented Head
• 4th Head - Brush.
• Table speed infinitely variable speed with suction.
• Sander was tied into a production line and will need to be modified to run independent of line control. Requires a minor software change that can be done during installation. Sander was also modified to run only 51" belts, can be modified to run stock widths.

Heeseman MFA 6 Impression Wide Belt Sander Q/L/L

• 1st Head - Cross Belt, 2 - Speed, CSD segmented Head
• 2nd Head - Longitudinal Wide Belt, 2 - Speed, CSD segmented Head
• 3rd Head - Longitudinal Wide Belt, Infinitely Variable 0-100% Speed, CSD segmented Head
• 4th Head - Brush.
• Table speed infinitely variable speed with suction.
• Sander was tied into a production line and will need to be modified to run independent of line control. Requires a minor software change that can be done during installation. Sander was also modified to run only 51" belts, can be modified to run stock widths.
• 1st head does require minor work. Drive pulley for sanding belt shows sign of vibration. Motor is good and bearings were replaced on drive pulley. Requires a new shaft.

    (3) Driven Outfeed Roller Conveyors

• (1) Bargstedt THR800/L/40/33/12 Driven Alignment Conveyor with panel centering
• (1) Control Cabinet with PLC controls for complete line control
• Total Connected Load: 12kW; Nominal Current: 26A
• Compressed Air Requirements: 60 NL/Min; 2.4 SL/Min
